Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on February 10, 201, the Defendant destroyed a hospital advertising board up to the front door of the 2nd floor of the building in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, on the ground that the front door of the 2nd floor of the said building does not open a door, and damaged the fire alarm system installed on the 1st floor of the said building owned by the victim C by using the hack pipe of the said front board.
