1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and four months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On January 2, 2019, the Defendant taken photographs and videos of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shames in the above eight times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1, from the time on February 6, 2019, using the Defendant’s smartphone inside the Kameras’s smartphone, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim F’s bridge photographs via Kameras, using the Defendant’s smartphone, and then taken pictures and videos against their will, respectively, from the time to February 6, 2019.

B. On January 2, 2019, around 23:38, the Defendant distributed and provided 16 photographs using the aforementioned method 14 times in total as shown in the separate sheet No. 2 from January 31, 2019, including distributing and providing them by sending the photographs taken against the victims’ will to B via G message.

2. Defendant B

A. On December 1, 2018, the Defendant taken pictures and videos against their will, respectively, of the victims, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shames by the following methods: (a) around December 1, 2018, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim I’s chest photographs of the victim I, together with the Defendant’s smartphone, using the Defendant’s smartphone installed in the Kameras; and (b) from that time until January 20, 2019, the Defendant took photographs of the victim’s body, as described in attached Table 3, which could cause sexual humiliations or humiliations by the aforesaid method.

B. At around 21:30 on December 1, 2018, the Defendant distributed and provided 15 photographs using the aforementioned method 12 times in total, as shown in the separate sheet No. 4, from that time, from the time to January 20, 2019, including the transmission, distribution, and provision of the photographs taken against the victims’ will, as seen above, via G message.
