1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) from May 1, 2019 to the annexed list.
Reasons
1. On December 20, 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with a rental deposit of KRW 3,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 300,000 on the buildings listed in the separate sheet, which are owned by the Plaintiff.
However, since June 2018, the defendant does not pay the rent that has occurred until now.
Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks to deliver the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant, and seek damages at the rate of KRW 300,000 per month from May 1, 2019 to the completion date of delivery of the building indicated in the attached list.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
