Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2015, at the front of the building in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 02:40 on October 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed signboards owned by the victim D, which are installed in front of the building in the process of dispute with his/her female-friendly Gu on the ground that there was a fallation; (b) caused a fall-off of the signboards owned by the victim E; and (c) caused a fall-off of the signboards owned by the victim E; and (d) destroyed the signboards by setting up one fire-minute owned by the victim F on the floor.

2. Interference with performing public duties;

A. On October 5, 2015, at around 02:55, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 stating that “a large volume of sound is broken off; and (b) was asked from the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Police Station G District H on the background of the instant case; (c) “A person who was asked from the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Police Station G District H on the background of the instant case; (d) “A fluor of a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties concerning the police officer’s 112 report handling duties.

B. On October 5, 2015, around 03:35, the Defendant, at the office of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon training Police Station and the Criminal Team office, conducted an investigation for criminal facts, such as paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and at the office of the criminal team, took advantage of the following factors: (a) the Defendant sent out to J police officers who was under investigation; and (b) “I am feas and fass all of the feas and fass fass feas and fass fass fass fass fass,” and obstructed the police officers’ legitimate performance of duties in relation to criminal investigations.

3. On October 5, 2015, around 03:45, the Defendant damaged goods used by public offices, such as destroying plastic plates and criminal team offices of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Police Station in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, and destroying documents that are public goods installed therein by exposing up.
