A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the knowledge that the figures, who work to prepare for a large electric event market, such as CEX EX and Kinex in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Goyang-si, were stolen, did not make a report well, and sold it with a view to raising living expenses.

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant, around 15:00, placed the victim C in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsungdong-gu Samsungdong, in a bank where the victim C was put in a crepan of the victim C, using the crepan of the victim C’s crepan, thereby cutting down the victim’s crepan, which is equivalent to KRW 310,00,00 in advance.

In addition, from that to April 2016, the Defendant stolen the total market value of KRW 11,040,000 in total over 20 times, as shown in the list of offenses in the attached Form.

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act is about 20 months, the Defendant committed the larceny repeatedly and systematically, and the amount of damage is not much much.

However, considering the fact that the victims do not want the punishment for the defendant under the agreement with all the victims, and that the defendant has no criminal history of the same kind and has no criminal history exceeding the fine.

Other factors such as the age, sex, environment, motive and background of the crime, method of the crime, and circumstances after the crime are considered, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
