Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had a good appraisal that the Defendant, who was a son(63 years old), was unable to gree a farmer due to the intellectual disability 3 level, caused by frequent drinking spirits of the Defendant, which was caused by the Defendant’s frequent drinking alcohol with the victim D.

1. Damage to property;

A. On November 26, 2013, the Defendant carried out drinking alcohol on the ground that: (a) around 20:00 on November 26, 2013, the Defendant, who was committing the crime of November 26, 2013, went to a mother-child D (the age of 57), who was the victim in Nutrition E (the age of 88, F), was in contact with a hospital; and (b) was not aware of the amount of KRW 400,000.
