Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From August 16, 201, Defendant C’s violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (community distribution) and F talked with Defendant C, at around 03:00 on August 16, 201, the Defendant and F talked about a woman who was playing a “c format” 125C at the entrance of H elementary school located in Echeon-si G, Echeon-si.
