A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was aware of the victim D (V, 25 years of age) and victim E (V, 25 years of age) who frequently worked as an employee in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon as an employee.

1.
