Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In September 2018, Defendant, B, along with Defendant C, planned to promote “D” as a manager, and receive the phone from Sungnam, C, in managing sexual traffic women, designated a sexual traffic woman and send it to the manager while managing it, and B, in arranging sexual traffic, 50,000 out of the profits (per case 1,30,000 won) shall be paid to the sexual traffic women, and the remaining 80,000 won shall be paid to B, the Defendant, 36,000 won, and 24,000 won shall be paid to the sexual traffic women.

On September 18, 2018, the Defendant reported to the name “D” distributed by the Defendant from the building F of the building E at Jinju-si, and confirmed his/her intent to purchase sexual intercourse, and then notified B and C of his/her address, and B and C received KRW 1.30,00 from G to the address of the above G, and had the said “H” perform sexual intercourse with G.

Accordingly, Defendant, B, and C have arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
