Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are people without a certain occupation.
No one shall act, such as arranging sexual intercourse, soliciting, inducing or coercing an unspecified person to engage in acts of arranging similarity using part of the body, such as sexual intercourse, mouth or anus, or implements, or providing a place for sexual traffic, in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from an unspecified person.
1. Defendant A, at around 02:10 on August 24, 2018, was recommended to engage in sexual traffic by providing that “D” to many unspecified male and female people who had been passing in India, “D” in front of Jeju Island, while soliciting sexual traffic, Defendant A, upon receiving a report that sexual traffic has occurred frequently, play a carcop to F, a police officer belonging to the Jeju East East Police Station E Zone E Zone of the Jeju Police Station, who is the most active police officer, in order to regulate sexual traffic.
In addition, there is no flag and 40 only;
50,000 won per annum, and 20,000 won per se, per se, shall be as soon as possible.
The F recommended to the effect that the said F was an act of arranging sexual traffic by taking the said F into the house of G and B on the first floor located 50 meters away from the said place.
2. Defendant B, at around 02:18 on the same day, recommended the Defendant’s house located in Jeju CityG and the first floor to engage in commercial sex acts by providing that “A was going to go in, and attempted to break, to go in, the said F, as a means to bring down on the left side of the frontline, followed by having the said F enter the commercial sex acts, such as arranging the commercial sex acts as a person engaging in commercial sex acts and providing a place for commercial sex acts.
