Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. Defendant A and C conspired to sell psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesophacules (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) to an unspecified number of unspecified persons who wish to purchase a post registered with “H” in his/her smartphone, and then to talk with the I to purchase a Melopon in a way and place of transaction, and Defendant A attempted to sell the Melopon to the said I having arrived at the place of transaction, but not to have attempted to sell the Melopon in an investigative agency on July 16, 2015, at approximately 05:00-07:00 on July 16, 2015. Defendant C attempted to sell the Melopon to the said I, who attempted to purchase a Melopon with his/her smartphone. Defendant A attempted to sell the Melopon to the said I having arrived at the place of transaction, but did not have attempted to do so.
2. Defendant A
A. At around 11:00 on July 8, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 2.5g of philopon from his name-free winners in the Incheon Integrated Terminal located in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, to KRW 1.8 million using high-speed bus services.
B. At around 06:00 to 07:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of oponon in the guest room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul JJ in a way that the Defendant injecteds approximately 0.05g of oponon into his left arms with a single-use injection machine.
C. At around 23:00 to 24:00 on July 12, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 grams in the “M” guest room located in Seocheon-si L, Seocheon-si in the above manner, and sold 0.05g oponon to B, who was in the same manner, for 400,000 won.
At around 01:00-03:30 on July 16, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon into the guest room located in Y “H” in Yacheon-si G located in Yacheon-gu, 302, and administered them in a way of injection into two arms, respectively.
