1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B 11 in Skyman Skynland.

1. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) is a non-licenseed driving vehicle without a license from around 18:31 on May 29, 2017 to around the roads in front of the D store located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, without a driver’s license issued by the local police agency.

Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) led the Defendant to drive a vehicle as a duty without a driver's license of a motor vehicle at a temporary border as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and drive the four-lane road in front of the D store located in Busan, Daegu, Busan, at a non-speed level along the four-lane width from the face of the plane at the seat
