1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants respectively deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

B. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for payment on December 2017.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On December 14, 2017, the Plaintiff received a successful bid for a building listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) in the public sale procedure and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same day.

The Defendants currently occupy and use the instant building without permission, and since December 14, 2017, the amount equivalent to the rent for the instant building is KRW 850,000 per month.

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the amount equivalent to the rent calculated by the ratio of KRW 850,000 per month from December 14, 2017 to the completion date of delivery of the instant building.

2. Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deemed to be a confession.
