The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds for appeal (ten months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Although the fact that the defendant's mistake is recognized and the awareness of damage in ordinary sense appears to have been the motive for the crime of this case, the crime of this case is deemed to have been committed, in light of the following circumstances: (a) the defendant committed the crime of this case against female victim D and I, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the above victim D; (b) the above victim I suffered injury requiring approximately ten (10) days of treatment; and (c) the victim I damaged the right side of G-owned taxi in the course of assaulting the victim I; (d) the case is not easy in light of the circumstances, (e) the defendant's statement at an investigative agency (as of the investigation records of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case, 30 years of age and 55) and the sentencing guidelines of this case of this case; (e) the victims and the victims of the crime of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of this case of 25 years of imprisonment or 37 years of criminal punishment of this case of this case of this case of this case of 25 years of age.

1. One category (general injury to victim D) in the area of aggravation (special aggravation: the same type of repeated crime) and six months to two years in prison; and

2. Type 1 (General Bodily Inflicting: Cumulative Cumulative Cumulative Offense) and six months to two years of imprisonment.

3. Three months from April to October, of the general standards for the group of crimes that are damaged by property; and

4. The punishment range according to the standards for handling multiple crimes shall be sentenced to imprisonment;
