The appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the original judgment (one year of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The circumstances can be taken into account, such as: (a) the Defendant’s mistake is deeply divided and reflected in his/her depth; (b) agreed with the victim I; and (c) the victim G and L do not want punishment against the Defendant.

However, the defendant committed the crime of this case at another time during the suspension period of execution due to the same crime, the fact that he/she did not agree with the victim C, and the fact that he/she had been punished several times of the same crime is disadvantageous. The crime of this case according to the sentencing guidelines established by the Supreme Court sentencing committee, including the group of violent crimes, the general injury Type 1 (general injury), the special sentencing factors (no person), the decision on the recommended area (basic area), the range of punishment ( April to January 1) 2: violent crimes, the general injury category 1 (general injury), the special sentencing factors (general injury), the special sentencing factors (non-applicable area), the decision on the recommended area, the range of punishment (two months to January 1), the general injury types, the special sentencing factors (general injury), the final sentencing factors (non-permanent punishment), the sentencing range (one year to April 2), the decision on the sentencing range, the decision on the sentencing range of the court below to the extent that the sentencing is not recognized, the sentencing range of the defendant, the final sentencing range (one year to February and four years).

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
