The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On December 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had time to go to the bus stops in Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) had time to go to the victim B, a bus engineer, around December 23:07, 201; and (c) had time to go to the bus stops in the bus No. 303.

In the case of driving, the victim was openly insultingd by 20 passengers, “I am feas,” which is called “I am feas,” and sexually insultingd the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.

C. Declaration of withdrawal of complaint: on April 27, 2018, after the institution of the instant case was instituted, a written statement of no punishment was submitted to the effect that the withdrawal of complaint was made to this court.

(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
