1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 131,632,307 as well as 15% per annum from November 14, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The Defendant for the indication of the claim (trade name:B pharmacy) continued to be a drug transaction relationship with the Plaintiff, but did not approve the claim for the payment of the goods amounting to KRW 131,632,307, which was not until now (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)

3. In accordance with the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, the case that is concluded after October 1, 2015 is subject to the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the full payment, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s request shall be dismissed.
