Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2018, the Defendant was stopping at a bus stops located in the front bus stops located in Ilsan-gu, Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-si at around 10:00 on April 13, 2018

D) On board a village bus vehicle (Etime), the victim F (42 3) who is a driver of the said bus was trying to stand the bus in front of the Defendant, and was in fluencing the bus, and flucing the part of the victim's chest by hand from the rear side of the bus, flucing the part of the victim's chest on one occasion from the rear side of the bus, flucing the part of the victim's chest on one occasion with left hand, flucing the victim's fluent hand on several occasions, and flucing the part of the victim's neck on two occasions with his hand, moving to the front door of the bus and then bruing the part of the victim's neck on two occasions with his hand.

Moreover, even if the records of field CCTV data are examined, there is no particular problem in the victim's stopping of the bus at the bus stop.

The sentence shall be determined as ordered by taking into account all factors of sentencing as shown in the pleadings of the instant case, such as the above circumstances and the degree of assault and damage, the age, sexual conduct, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime.
