A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the above cargo vehicle around 18:00 on November 13, 2015, and discovered and forced to commit an indecent act against the victim F (the victim, August 2001, age 14) waiting for the bus while waiting for the bus while driving the bus stops near E-Sa-gun in the Southern-gun: D; and (b) parked the said cargo on the side of the side of the bus in the vicinity of the bus; and (c) the victim, who was seated at the bus stops, opened up the victim’s own hand and opened the victim’s chest and chest by extending it to the bus stops.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the juvenile victim.

2. On January 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the above cargo vehicle around 23:00 on January 29, 2016; (b) discovered and forced to commit an indecent act against the victim I (I, 194 May 1, 1994, and age 21) who was walking around H University located in G in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; (c) parked the said cargo vehicle on the side side of the road in the vicinity of the road; and (d) got away from the victim by driving the said cargo vehicle on his/her own, thereby preventing the victim from suffering with his/her left hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

3. On February 9, 2016, around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim L (the 15-year old age) that was passed before the Defendant was acting on behalf of “K” located in the west-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) committed a crime; (c) attempted to detect the victim’s L (the 15-year age) and commit an indecent act; (d) obstructed the victim from driving away from the victim’s left hand; (c) opened the knife into the panty line of the victimized person; and (d) opened the victim’s knife with his knife, knife, and knife with his knife, knife, and knife.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the juvenile victim.

4. On February 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the above cargo vehicle on around 22:00 on and around February 15, 2016, and was waiting for a bus while waiting for the bus while driving the N neighboring bus stops located in the Gwangju-gu Mine, Gwangju-gu; (b) had the intent to discover the victim’sO (e.g., May 2, 200, and 15) and forced to commit an indecent act; and (c) parked the said cargo vehicle on the side of the surrounding road along the bus stops.
