Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment by the Busan High Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud), and the above judgment was finalized on December 15, 2016.
