A Imprisonment of 6 months, Defendant B, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000,000 won, Defendant E, and F shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

With regard to the election of the M&C directors implemented on July 2, 2013, Defendant A was a person who was candidate in N constituency and voluntarily resigned, Defendant C was elected, Defendant B was a person who was candidate in N constituency and was elected, Defendant B was a person who was killed, Defendant D was a partner of the same house of Q that was elected, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant H, Defendant H, and Defendant G was a representative of the M&C members.

No person shall provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide money, goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or public or private positions for the purpose of having himself/herself or a specific person elected or not to be elected, with an executive officer or representative of a district fisheries cooperative or for the purpose of making him/herself or a specific person elected or not to be elected, and no person shall receive, or consent to provide, such benefits or public or private positions, or demand or arrange to provide such benefits or public or private positions, and no person who intends to become an executive officer or representative shall visit members door to door, or gather at a specific place, during the period from

1. Defendant A

A. From Jun. 20, 2013 to Jun. 22, 2013, the Defendant provided money of KRW 4.45 million to six electors from Jun. 30, 2013 to Jun. 30, 2013 for the purpose of having himself elected as an executive officer of M&M, and expressed an intention to provide money of KRW 1 million to one elector for one elector.

B. The Defendant’s election campaign from June 25, 2013 to June 6 of the same month, as indicated in attached Table 3, 4, and 5, for the election campaign.
