A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant entered into an event contract with respect to approximately 40 books from July 27, 2017 to July 26, 2020, among the license for the fish farming business in Gunsan-si B fishing village fraternity and Gunsan-si, and engaged in the Kim Farming Business.

No person shall keep or use toxic chemicals for the purpose of cultivating fishery resources or removing foreign substances attached to fishing implements or fishing nets.

Nevertheless, at around 16:54 on January 7, 2020, the Defendant kept 300 inorganic acids (total 6,000 liters) with a concentration of 35% hazardous chemicals for the purpose of removing foreign substances attached to the Kim Farming net and preventing blight and harmful insects on the cargo vehicles (F) parked in the fronter E in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
