A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. Fraud;

The agreement was made with 39 schools in Busan and Busan and 39 schools to conduct after-school projects.
