Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2013, at around 00:33, the Defendant driven a B-teh motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.169% from the front of the master's office in Chuncheon City/Dong to the front of the day of the day of the off-to-day restaurant located in the same Dong from approximately 1km to the day of the off-to-date restaurant located in the same Dong.
