Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant came to know that there was a mental disability of the victim C(24 years old) who was waiting for a bus at the bus bus stops located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Incheon-gu, Seoul-do, and caused the victim to talk with the victim C(24 years old). At the same time, the Defendant was aware that there was an indecent act by inducing the victim by using the victim's mental disorder among the way the Defendant was waiting for a bus at the bus bus stops in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.

Around 14:50 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant induced indecent act: (a) arrived at the front seaside of the E, located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do; (b) and (c) the victim called “a person who was to leave the meeting” to the victim at the same place; (d) the victim got approximately 500 meters away from that place to the east of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, U.S., Ulsan-do, 1479.

Accordingly, the defendant enticed the victim for the purpose of indecent act.
