Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2013, the Defendant, at around 00:30, obtained 8,500 won by deceiving the victim, who had no capacity and intent to pay the price, by deceiving the victim, in the “AAA restaurant” where the victim Y in Busan is working as an employee.
