A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 26, 2014, at around 09:30, the Defendant asked the victim to have be engaged in beer at the eel 103 guest room operated by the victim D (n, 52 years of age) located in Gunsan-si C, and then the victim saw the victim her own after having entered the above guest room and set the beer on the table, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by making the victim her chest her finger her hand, and by force the victim’s sexual flag her turb.

2. On June 27, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, stating, “I would like to report. I would would want to do so. I would like to do it. I would like to do so.”

3. On June 28, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim who entered the said guest room in order to replace the case, etc. at the guest room No. 103; and (b) took the victim’s left hand by hand on his/her own hand, led the victim to the Defendant; and (c) took the victim’s chest toward the Defendant; and (d) took the victim’s chest from the victim’s chest, and took the victim’s chest into account, the Defendant forced indecent act.

4. At around 20:00 on June 30, 2014, the Defendant: “Around 20:00, the Defendant demanded the payment of accommodation expenses at the guest room No. 103,” and said, the victim sleeped, and sleeped the victim out of the above guest room, and sleeped the victim slickly, and sleeped the victim’s chest, and slickly slicked the Defendant’s sexual organ into his her son’s son, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.
