A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C are women.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims Thereof;

A. From Oct. 2004 to Nov. 1, 2004, the Defendant: (a) from the Defendant’s house located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 202 Dong 704 from Oct. 1, 2004, the Defendant: (b) had the victim (the age of 13 at that time) go on the Defendant’s ship; (c) had the victim go on the Defendant’s ship; and (d) had the victim go on the Defendant’s ship; and (d) let the victim take off the victim’s tyrts as his hand; and (e) took the victim’s chest back

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. At around 15:00 to 16:00 on the day of around 2004, the Defendant: (a) opened the house of the above defendant; (b) laid the floor to the floor of the victim; (c) laid off the victim’s clothes on a hand; (d) laid off the victim’s clothes; and (c) laid down the bridge in the bridge; and (d) opened the bridge as soon as her chest, and opened the bridge with the victim’s sound.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

From around 2004 to around 2006, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the sperm and sound of the victim (at the time between 13 and 15) on the body of the victim, and putting in the Defendant’s sexual organ as soon as possible, and putting in the Defendant’s sexual organ on the part of the victim by scamsing down the scam on the part of the victim.

From around 2004 to around 2006, at the above defendant's house, the defendant covered the victim's locked (the 13 to 15 years old at that time) and the e, and made it possible for the victim to have the locked, and the two persons committed an indecent act by force by inserting the victim's panty, by inserting the hand into the victim's panty.

E. The Defendant, at the office of the above defendant's defendant's office on the date of 2005, was faced with the victim's own clothes (the age of 14 years at that time), was set off from the victim's clothes, and was frightened with the victim's chest and fright, and the Defendant's sexual organ was charged with the victim's sexual organ.
