The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 450,000 (payment in advance on the fifth day of each month), and the lease term of June 4, 2020 (two years) with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet as indicated in the separate sheet. Since the Defendant did not pay a rent for at least three years from November 2018 to June, 2019, the Plaintiff terminated the said lease agreement by sending a document verifying the details thereof, the Plaintiff sought to transfer the said real estate to the Defendant.
