1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons
1. On February 24, 2018, the Plaintiff indicated the claim 0-A of the Disposition No. 1 to the Defendant.
A building specified in a port shall be leased one year from February 26, 2018 to February 25, 2019, with a deposit of five million won, six million won for monthly rent, and one year from February 26, 2018 to February 25, 2019; the Defendant paid only the first monthly rent of five months thereafter; and the Defendant is obligated to pay a monthly rent of three million won in arrears (from February 26, 2018, the lease period commences; thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay a monthly rent at the 26th day of each month. Accordingly, the five-month period of arrears should be calculated from March 26, 2018 to August 25, 2018) 0, the Plaintiff, on June 27, 2018, requested the Defendant to send a certificate of rent to the Defendant on the ground of the cancellation of the lease contract and the return of the complaint to the 20th day after the termination of the lease contract, etc. as the second 8th day.
