Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant filed a complaint against the husband B of the victim for rape and injury against the victim B before about 10 years, but the husband of the victim was not guilty.

1) At around 18:25 on December 16, 2017, the Defendant, at the front of the house of the victim B (the 53 years old and female) of the D apartment E (the 53 years old and female) from Gangwon-si, Seocho-si, Seoul, to re-examine the above accusation, the Defendant continued to enjoy the first race for about 10 minutes, and infringed upon the victim’s residence by harming the peace of residence. (2) The Defendant, at around 19:32 on December 16, 2017, sought a door to the victim’s house for the same reason as the above 16th day, and 16th day of the 1st day of the 19:6th day of the 20th day of the 1st day of the 19:6th day of the 20th day of the 1st day of the 20th day of the 20th day of the 1st day of the 14th day of the 20th day of the 1st day of the 20th day.
