1. The Defendant’s KRW 184,007,579 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from August 30, 2014 to November 16, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
(b)The scope includes all logistics activities such as transportation, unloading, tallying, storage, delivery, packing, and return and disposal of goods in natural villages upon acceptance by the Defendant, and all logistics activities such as related symptoms and free support promotion items, and the duties performed by the Defendant on behalf of the Defendant under this Agreement are as follows:
Section 4 (Term of Contract) This Agreement shall become effective from January 1, 201 to December 31, 2015.
Article 6 (Fees for Logistics Agency)
(a) Fees for logistics agency shall be paid at rates by section based on the sales in natural villages (referring to the value of supply on the statement of transactions, and hereinafter referred to as "sales") as shown in the following table 1:
The standard rate of monthly sales 17.5 billion won x 10.5 billion x 9.5% x 10.5% x 17.5 billion x 17.5 billion x mararararararararararare 17.5 billion won or more but less than KRW 2 billion x 10.5% x 2.2 billion x 10.3% x 2.4 billion x 10.0% x 9.5% x 10.5% x 10.5% x each year, in consultation between natural villages and the defendant.
B. On the same day, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to vicariously execute the Defendant’s logistics agency business based on the above logistics agency contract (hereinafter “instant contract”). The main contents are as follows.
Article 1 (Purpose of Contract) The purpose of this Agreement is to entrust the Plaintiff with the distribution business of the goods necessary for the Defendant’s business at the time and place designated by the Defendant, and to act as an agent for the Plaintiff as a good faith and good faith.
