A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who was an employee of the victim corporation D (the representative E) who is engaged in the business of building film sets or advertising film, etc., and worked as the head of the set production team, and was in charge of the management of the subcontractor.

The Defendant: (a) claimed excessive construction costs for film sets against the victim; (b) had the victim receive the difference by fraud; (c) around September 12, 2016, from Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si, which is a motion picture screener, (d) had 90,000 won or more; and (c) had to issue G Poke articles, which is a de facto subcontractor, paid; (d) had the victim do work for four days and paid KRW 1,80,000 to the above Pokeer; and (e) had the victim receive the difference of KRW 90,000,000, which is the difference from the above Pokeer's articles, and had the victim receive from the above moer's subcontractor; and (e) deceiving the victim by deceptioning the victim from 1,80,000 won to 10,016 to 200,2016.
