A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant is the actual operator of the “C” in the Gu of Ansan-si.

1. On November 2017, 2017, the Defendant sent a phone call to E, which is called “D” on the ground of “D”, and subcontracted the removal construction work at the construction site of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul. As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) had the victim take part in removing and cream waste from 12 times in total in accordance with the terms of the agreement from 15 December 2017 to 30 December 2017; and (c) had the victim take part in removing and cream waste using cream on a total of 12 occasions; and (d) did not pay 12 million won of the construction cost; and (e) had the victim acquire pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. On December 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 900,000 per day to the victim H, who is running a personal equipment project at the construction site of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, with the trade name “G” at the construction site of Mapo-gu, Seoul, for the removal construction site of Mapo-gu Seoul, and paid KRW 1,30,000 per day after receiving construction payment from the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office
