Examining the reasoning in light of the records, the court below affirmed the judgment of the court of first instance which rendered a acquittal on the ground that the res judicata effect of the above summary order is also against the above Fisheries Act before the issuance of the summary order in relation to the crime of violation of the Fisheries Act, among the facts charged in this case's charges, and therefore, it is just to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which rendered a acquittal on the ground that this part of the facts charged constitutes a final and conclusive judgment, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error
