Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning this case are as follows: "The plaintiff purchased a building recorded in the separate sheet of May 9, 2001 (hereinafter "the building of this case") with the Si of New Do on May 10, 2001, which was the result of the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of May 10, 2001, and "F" was established, and "the plaintiff was engaged in research and teaching activities in the building of this case." The plaintiff established F around 1988 and purchased the building recorded in the separate sheet of the court of first instance (hereinafter "the building of this case") on May 9, 200, with the intention of Si of New Do, and purchased the building of this case as stated in the separate sheet of the court of first instance on May 10, 201, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the plaintiff as stated in the separate sheet of the second instance and the second instance on May 20, 2001."

2. Determination on the Plaintiff’s assertion added in the trial room

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the gift contract for the instant building was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
