Punishment of the crime

Around 00:20 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant, while driving a B cab and driving a main road along the two-lanes with the Sungsan B Dok-si located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, threatened the victim C (38 years old) who was prior to the first lane in the middle of the said cab, with a very close to the victim C (38 years old) in the middle of the said car, and led the victim to change the lane into the left-hand one lane, and to make the said cab, which is a dangerous object, a sudden stop on the ground that the damaged person seems to have taken an attitude to raise the level of the damage.
