Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a CMW car at CMW on a 01:46-lane; (b) tried to change the CM car into a two-lane; (c) the CM car at the king of the king to a three-lane high speed; (d) the victim D ( South, 36 years old) driven at the speed of about 149-167 km depending on the speed of the CM car at the front; and (e) tried to find and overtake the above CM car at the speed of KRW 5 km; and (e) the victim's vehicle at the speed of the above CM car at the speed of 149-167 km; and (e) the victim's vehicle at the speed of 5 km and obstructed the above CM car at the speed of 1:5 km; and (e) the victim's vehicle at the speed of the CM car at the speed of 1:5 km.
