Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor bicycle B, the United Nations 125.

On May 5, 2019, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle on May 15, 2019, and continued the front sidewalk of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment commercial building on the front side of the new wind station from the sular bank.
