A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving freight cars;

On February 14, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven the above cargo in a state where normal driving is impossible due to the alcohol of 0.117% of blood alcohol concentration, and led to a road of one lane in front of the bus stops located in the front-Naman-gun, the Haan-gun, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-gu, the East-do, the direction of the Eup area

As a result, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking or drugs, and caused the victim to die with low-blood shock at the same place at around 19:20 on the same day.
