The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Receipt and administration of Mepopopon (hereinafter referred to as “Mepopon”) from and on August 2013, 2013.

A. On August 2013, the Defendant received a delivery of approximately 0.15g of philophonephones located in the “D” logs located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and from E, around August 1, 2013.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones received from the Defendant at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, using a disposable injection device for the purpose of injection.

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs.

2. Receipt and administration of Handphones at the lower end of 16:00 on August 2013.

A. On August 16, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant received free of charge approximately 0.15 grams from E, in the Defendant’s car parked in the Namsan Park parking lot located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jung-gu.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones received from the toilets in Namsan Park, such as those in the preceding paragraph, by means of injecting approximately 0.05g of philophones for one-time use.

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs.

[2014 Highest 3906] Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

On January 21, 2014, the Defendant received two caps of caps from F without compensation, which contain a large amount of marijuana, in and near the children's large park station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

2. Determination:

A. Although the witness E’s investigative agency and this court have made a statement regarding the facts charged in accordance with this part of the facts charged, in light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court, the credibility of the statement is insufficient.
