Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On April 10, 1996, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul District Court on December 21, 2012; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul East District Court on January 27, 2015; imprisonment with prison labor for a term of habitual larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for one year and eight months at the Seoul District Court on May 25, 2016; and imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul District Court on March 29, 2018; and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Seoul District Court on November 8, 2020.
[Criminal facts (2020 Gohap 994, 2020 Gohap 1025)] Defendant was sentenced to criminal punishment twice or more due to larceny committed habitually, and committed larceny again on six occasions within three years after the completion or exemption of the execution of punishment.
1. From around 18:55 on November 10, 2020 to 19:29 on the same day, the Defendant used a gap in the victim C in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, which was managed by the victim C, to put up a 68,000 won of the market price into a brue EDT (fluenz) fluenz, the market price of which is equivalent to 6,000 won, and one night night night night, the market price of which is equivalent to 6,000 won, 1,000 won of the market price of which is 6,00 won, and 1,900 won of the market price, and 1,13,000 won of the 1,000 won of the east-gu, and 1,000 won of the east-gu, 1,000 won of the east-si.
2. On November 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at F stores located in the 20:22, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) used a gap in the management of the Victim G’s G in the management of the victim’s G, thereby cutting down it by using one F Cheongba, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 49,900, and one F Cheongba, the market price of which is unknown.
