A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

(2015No. 845) On September 2, 2015, the Defendant discovered that the victim left the entrance door to the new entrance in the dwelling area of the victim D, which was located in the prime city C and 202, around September 22 and 25, 2015.
