A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. On August 18, 2014, around 13:50 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance by using the keyss located adjacent to the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, and the third floor; (b) went into the house to intrude into the residence; and (c) went out and stolen the cash owned by the victim on his or her small book.

On January 27, 2015, at around 11:25, the Defendant was at the residence of the Victim F located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, the Defendant opened an entrance by using the keys located in the lower entrance, and intruded into the house, and when the victim was caught, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime by breaking away from the house as it was, while she was discovered that the victim was shot back.

1.
