Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants of the 2018 Highest 1732 carried out the new construction and sale business of the Manan-gu Manan-gu C lending around 2014, and Defendant B, the management role of bank loans and sales funds, and Defendant A, the role of concluding the sales contract with the buyer.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim's property by deceiving the victim.
