1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff Company A with KRW 1,505,618, and KRW 10,503,000 for the Plaintiff Limited Company B and each of the above.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff B is a limited liability company that engages in the retail sale, export, import, transport, storage and operation of large-scale stores under the Distribution Industry Development Act.

Plaintiff

A is an international company that manages the distribution system of household and household goods with the attachment of a trademark as follows, and runs a business that permits the use of its own trademark and the sale of its own goods through the conclusion of a rental business contract.

Plaintiff

A is a non-disclosure limited company established and surviving by the Netherlands Act, and upon entering into a franchise contract with Plaintiff B, and granted Plaintiff B the authority to exclusively sell domestically its own trademark and goods attached thereto.

B. Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”)’s status as the Defendants is a corporation that engages in the business of operating Internet shopping mall in relation to furniture, clothing, and household goods, and Defendant D is the representative director of Defendant C.

C. On May 8, 2006, Defendant D’s business operator registered as “F” and operated a shopping mall site that sells households using the domain name “G.com”. (2) On April 13, 2009, and June 17, 2009, Defendant D sent a warning to Defendant D that the business should not continue using the above domain name, and that the above domain name should be transferred to Plaintiff A.

3. To accept this, Defendant D will process its requirements to the legal representative of Plaintiff A on July 9, 2009 by July 20, 2009.
