Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:30 on March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) moved the victim into a corridor on the ground that the victim D, who is a charged with the workplace, was licking the telephone call at the 9th floor of Sungnam-si Section B building located in Sungnam-si Section B building; and (b) laid off the victim’s face with a hacker and hacking the scarf on the part of the victim with a hacker and hacking the bridge to the face of the victim; and (c) down the victim, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the scarf, such as the scarf, the scarf, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
