A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2014. 6. 중순 15:00 경 고양 시 일산 동구 D에 있는 E 일식당 2 층 락 커 룸 안에서 짧은 치마를 입고 쭈그리고 앉아 청소를 하고 있던 피해자 F( 여, 37세 )에게 접근한 후 카메라 촬영기능이 내장되어 있는 휴대폰을 이용하여 피해자의 치마 속 및 허벅지 부위 등을 촬영한 후, 2014. 6. 13. 15:53 경 위 일식당 2 층 락 커 룸에서 피고인의 휴대폰으로 음란물 공유 싸이트인 G에 접속한 뒤 ‘ 페티쉬- 훔쳐보기’ 게시판에 위와 같이 촬영한 사진을 ‘☆ 첫 눈☆ 첫 훔쳐 보기’ 라는 제목으로 게시하였다.

2. On June 17, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant accessed the nameless female victim who was suffering a short fright in the studio room located in the commercial building located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment complex, and taken the victim’s panty and buckbucks, etc. using the mobile phones where the functions of the camera are contained in the victim’s panty and buckbucks. On July 4, 2014, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim’s bridge side, etc. using a mobile phone with the victim’s cell phone in which the name of the crew, who was a crew member of KTX train in J, located in Busan Dong-gu, by approaching the kTX high-speed train corridor from the corridor; and (b) accessed the victim’s bridge side, etc. on July 5, 2014, around 16:12, 2014, the Defendant accessed the victim’s gate at the 2nd floor of the daily restaurant and posted a photograph taken as above on the “Sesh-welth” bulletin.

4. On February 14, 2015, at around 08:30 on February 14, 2015, the Defendant accessed the victims of unexploded women, who were getting on and off the top-down escalator by suffering a shorter horse in the subway L located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
