A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime on August 28, 2012, around 12:15, the Defendant: (b) placed his cell phone in possession of the victim’s cell phone, which had been in possession of the victim as an employee, in order to put the victim’s name and inferior to the above marina; and (c) took a dynamic image of approximately 21 seconds by inserting the victim’s cell phone back to the victim’s back, without having a panty location and panty location; and (d) making it difficult for the said victim to take the victim’s cell phone up at the back of the victim’s back, when calculating the goods in the car market in which the victim was in possession, by inserting the victim’s cell phone up to the lower back of the back of the victim’s feet.

2. On February 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant kept the Defendant’s cell phone in possession of the Defendant at around 13:0 and around 365 cm at the DoB National Bank of Don-dong, Donyang-dong, Seoul National Bank; (b) kept the passbook at the 365 cm; and (c) left the Defendant’s side of the Defendant, and left the passbook at the sacker; (d) left part of the Defendant’s cell phone on the part of the Defendant; and (e) took a video image of the Defendant’s cell phone in possession of the Defendant’s cell phone at around 3 seconds of the victim.

3. On March 12, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:36, around March 12, 2013, connected to the E restaurant in which the Defendant was working as an employee by the Defendant located in Namyang-si, with the Internet obscene material site (htp:/srae.ino) and displayed the panty screen image taken on the Al crime, as in paragraph (2), and displayed it openly.

4. On May 15, 2013, around 18:14, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime, at around 18:14, up to May 15, 2013, up to 18:14, connected the instant E restaurant to the Solar (htp:/saday.ino) which is an Internet obscene material site, and displayed a part of the taken images as “Nopanty business license” by cutting the sound videos taken in Alpha (1).
