A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

90,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1458" is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 16:00 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant sent approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs to a single-use injection machine, and dilution them into the water, and then conspired with the above B for injection in his arms, and administered phiphones in collusion.

2. At around 20:20 on April 13, 2019, the Defendant, along with male-child offering B, conspiredd to put approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use kitchen, and dilution it into the water, and then caused the above B to inject into his arms, and administered philopon.

3. At around 00:00 on April 21, 2019, the Defendant, along with male-child offering B, conspiredd with the Defendant to put approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use Ecompact base in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Ecompact F, and dilution them into water, and then caused the said B to infect their arms, and administered phiphones in collusion.

4. At around 12:00 on May 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection machine in Sungnam-gu Gelon-si, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection machine; and (b) conspired with the Defendant to have the said B injection into his arms, and administered philopon in collusion.

"2019 Highest 1801"

1. On November 30, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with B, administered philophones in a manner that sets about 0.06g of psychotropic drugs held B on the gambling place, put about approximately 0.06g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs held B, on the gambling place, and heated by a laz, and inhales them.

2. On December 30, 2016, the Defendant conspired with B, in collusion with B, administered 0.06 galphonephones in the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J-based hotel room, and administered 0.06 galphones in the same manner as the above 1.

3. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant conspired with B, a hotel E in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
